3. No guarantee of outcome
Immigration decisions are made by the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), entry clearance officers, courts and tribunals. They are not made by us.
Success stories and case studies on this website describe past cases. Every case is assessed on its own facts, and past outcomes do not guarantee future results. We cannot guarantee that any application will be successful.
4. Consultations and fees
- Consultations can be booked through our website, by email or by phone.
- The fee for a consultation, if any, is shown at the time of booking: [CONSULTATION FEE / “Initial consultations are free of charge”].
- Cancellations and rescheduling: you can cancel or reschedule a paid consultation free of charge up to [24/48] hours before the appointment. Later cancellations or missed appointments [may be charged in full].
- Your right to cancel (consumers): if you book and pay for a service online as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to provide the service within those 14 days (for example, a consultation booked for next week), you agree that you will lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully provided. If you cancel after the service has started, you may be charged for the part already provided.
- Fees for full services (such as preparing and submitting an application) are agreed in writing in your client care letter before any work begins.
- Home Office fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge, the Immigration Skills Charge, translation costs and other third-party costs are not included in our fees unless we say so in writing.
5. Using our website
You agree not to:
